ROBERT ELLIOTT, MFA
Nothing is more gratifying for Robert Elliott than to inspire others to take a stand for who they really are. His work encourages them to speak and act in authentic ways that serve their personal and professional development and contribute to the betterment of their workplace. His enthusiasm and passion directly translate to his success as a teacher, workshop facilitator, and speaker.
Drawing on culturally diverse traditions, ancient practices, the creative arts, and depth psychology, Robert Elliott’s innovative Creating Quality programs provide a refreshing holistic perspective for manifesting positive change. His programs offer a safe space to revise and expand your own personal story; one that includes seeing yourself capable of much more than you ever dreamed possible. Along with making adjustments to previous ways of thinking and acting, you learn more about what gifts you have to offer the world and how you might use those gifts to become truly fulfilled.
Each presentation is facilitated as an interactive program aimed to empower. Participants receive a personal practice they can make use of long after they’ve attended one of Robert’s workshops or speaking events.
Through the use of stories, lecture, meditation, group discussion, and customized experiential exercises, Robert’s masterful approach to teaching brings out the inherent wisdom in participants. This results in greater understanding, recall, and integration of the information, as validated by feedback from participants.
Creating Quality is about embodying a sense of nobility, dignity and worthiness, and that together these attributes fit us; they match who we truly are. Here’s how this is lived:
• Bringing out the best in others and ourselves
• Choosing to serve as role models in all areas of our lives
• Participating with change in a conscious way
• Tapping into our full potential as leaders, communicators, and relationship builders
Empowering Women in the Workplace:
