DELIVERING QUALITY PRESENTATIONS
Course description
Beginning with the premise that we are always presenting ourselves, this hands-on workshop helps participants become comfortable, confident, and masterful presenters. The principles presented will be applicable to business settings as well as to other activities in daily life. Course content will be customized to focus on the interests and concerns of all attending. Participants will be given practice exercises designed specifically for them. They will have the opportunity to make several presentations and receive positive feedback and personal coaching from the instructor.

In this program, participants will learn how to:

1) Focus on what is most important while making a presentation;
2) Prepare, organize, and deliver a presentation;
3) Identify the needs of the audience, whether it's a client, co-worker, or a group;
4) Deal with beliefs and feelings that may be blocking quality communication;
5) Be more in tune with themselves, their audience, and their material;
6) Increase their assertive ability while respecting their audience's concerns;
7) Establish a positive relationship between themselves and each member of the audience;
8) Be more centered and aware while giving a presentation; and 9) Utilize a creative, dynamic model of communication that will allow them to comfortably
present to audiences of any size.
