Course description
In today’s global business environment, authentic leadership, the ability to lead in a way that provides the maximum benefit for all concerned, is an invaluable contribution that all employees, regardless of position or rank, can make to their organization...if they know how. Unfortunately, legitimate models of authentic leadership are rare. What are the principles of quality leadership? How do we lead in a meaningful way? Drawing on examples from mythology, depth psychology, and the creative and martial arts, and through lecture, case studies, individual and group experiential exercises, and role-plays, this cutting-edge program offers key principles and proven strategies that will give participants the confidence and know how to successfully practice the art of authentic leadership.
