CREATING QUALITY PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Course description
Our professional relationships today are the foundation upon which we can build a satisfying, productive, and profitable future in business. Yet few of us master the skills that would give us the capacity to cultivate and
care for these relationships.
This course offers specific tips and practical ideas designed to strengthen relationships with supervisors,
co-workers, and customers. Participants will be encouraged to express their needs and have them attended
to on an individual basis. The solutions for overcoming the hindrances to quality relationships will be practiced
in class.
